Gemrawlers coordinates delivery within Zimbabwe, subject to destination, product size, availability and carrier coverage.

Lead times and charges

Estimated lead times and delivery charges are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. Estimates may change because of supplier, carrier or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Receiving an order

The recipient should inspect packages on delivery and promptly report visible damage, shortages or incorrect items with the order reference and supporting photographs where possible.
